Introducing the New Juicebox Search Experience

We’re excited to introduce a new era of Juicebox search.

Starting today, Juicebox can now assess profiles 3× faster and surface 120% more relevant results compared to our previous search experience.

Let's take a look at how it works:

Running a New Search

Find the strongest profiles faster with filters and criteria to run your search

Getting the best profiles from your search should feel effortless.

We've built Autopilot directly into the core search experience. That means filtering and criteria-based stack ranking now happen instantly, in the same step.

When you type in a search, Juicebox will:

  • Apply hundreds of filters (title, location, experience, skills) to narrow the pool
  • Infer criteria from your search with quality signals (industry tenure, leadership experience, track record, soft skills, etc)

You can also edit or add criteria to control how profiles are stack-ranked, with your best matches always appearing at the top of your search results.

Classic View

A classic layout designed for browsing and fast scanning

There are two new ways to view your search results.

With the Classic View, you can browse quickly through profiles while Juicebox’s ranking does the heavy lifting in the background.

For every profile, you’ll see:

  • Criteria tags Juicebox used to evaluate and stack-rank each profile
  • Written explanations for each criteria, color-coded by best-fit (green, yellow, red)

This view makes browsing feel faster, intuitive, and more transparent, so you can understand the reasoning behind the stack rank before making a decision on profile-fit.

Table View

A structured, grid layout for precise side-by-side comparison between profiles

Table View is built for deeper evaluation and faster decision-making.

Instead of opening each profiles, you can compare candidates side-by-side across the exact criteria Juicebox used to stack rank them.

Each column represents a criteria, with color-coded tags and clear explanations so you can understand how every profile stacks up at a glance.

You can also easily take bulk actions, such as:

  • Shortlist multiple profiles
  • Add profiles to an outbound sequence
  • Export profiles for sharing with hiring managers

You may also add or edit your criteria in this view to stack rank profiles differently.

Industry Benchmarks

Behind the scenes, this wasn't just a design refresh.

We upgraded the models powering Juicebox Search and benchmarked them against other people-search systems in the industry.

Using Exa’s People Search Benchmark across 1,400 real queries, Juicebox scored 79%.

For comparison, benchmark metrics as reported by Exa:

  • Exa — 63%
  • Brave — 30%
  • Parallel — 27%

This benchmark measures how well a system can find and correctly rank the right people from real-world search queries.
